The more detail you provide the easier and faster it is for us to reply matching your musical aspirations with the most suitable teacher, instrument, and lesson time for you.

Munster Music Academy only accepts online card payments. We do not accept bank transfers, cash, Paypal, Revolute, N26, or cheques under any circumstances. All students are issued invoices via email. Kindly add info@munstermusicacademy.com to your address book to ensure all emails and invoices are received in your inbox. Please ensure it is on the safe sender list otherwise our invoices and emails will end up in SPAM. Email is our primary form of correspondence.
All lessons must be paid for within 14 days from date of invoice. Each term of lessons is due for payment in full in advance without exception. If payment is overdue by two weeks Munster Music Academy‘s Director reserves the right to cancel future lessons until payment has been received in full. We do not accept payment for lessons on a weekly basis. Lessons are non-transferable. Please do not request this of your teacher. It is the students responsibility to attend their allocated lesson weekly. If a student is unable to attend a lesson this lesson will NOT be made up by their teacher. If a teacher is unable to teach due to illness and/or concert/professional engagement this lesson will be made up before the end of the respective term.
MMA request that students and guardians of students commit to practicing in between lessons, as best as they can, as instructed by the teacher to ensure development. Each student must have a copy book dedicated to each instrument which will instruct the student.
MMA has always taught as normal on the bank holidays otherwise the students miss out on several weeks of classes in the most important term of the year as they prepare for their end of year exams, practicals and concerts. We will be treating Saturdays the same as a bank holiday Monday for the weekends it occurs in the final term and lessons will be as normal on all these dates.
Should you wish to discontinue lessons at MMA, two weeks notice without exception is required in writing via email to the Director info@munstermusicacademy.com otherwise lessons will be charged for without exception.
Mutual respect for all students, teachers and property is required at all times regardless of any circumstances.
